Acceptable Use Policy

Use Automately only to manage social accounts, brands, media and information for which you have permission. Follow all applicable advertising, privacy, intellectual-property and consumer-protection laws, as well as the requirements of the connected platform.

Do not use the service to collect passwords or credentials, bypass platform authorization, access another person's private account, circumvent technical restrictions or simulate permissions that have not been granted.

You may not send unsolicited mass direct messages, spam, harassment, threats, abusive content or deceptive communications. Do not automate bulk follow/unfollow behavior, artificial engagement, scraping or account creation in violation of social-platform rules.

Where Meta permits message or comment replies, respect the relevant recipient initiation, time windows, rate limits and other API restrictions. A connected Instagram account does not give blanket permission to message every follower.

Do not publish impersonations, fraudulent offers, scams, hateful content, unlawful sexual material, privacy violations or content that infringes another person's rights. Secure permission for licensed music, images, videos, trademarks and endorsements before posting them.

AI suggestions can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Human operators are responsible for verifying factual claims, required disclosures, consent and suitability before a post or reply is published.

You must not probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, introduce malware, overload the service, attempt to evade usage quotas or access controls, resell unauthorized access, or use automated tooling to obtain data outside your permitted scope.

Security testing must be arranged through an authorized route. We may rate-limit or temporarily suspend suspicious workflows while investigating an apparent violation.

Do not import, disclose or instruct Automately to process personal information without a lawful basis and appropriate permissions. Avoid collecting sensitive information in automated conversations unless necessary, lawful and supported by the service.

Business customers must honor deletion, correction, consent and other privacy rights that apply to the people who interact with their social profiles.

We may remove unlawful material from our own systems, stop a workflow, limit API access, suspend or terminate an account, or report serious abuse where required or lawful. We will consider severity, context, repeat conduct and applicable rights before taking action.

Report suspected misuse through our Contact page. Nothing in this Policy gives permission to bypass Meta, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic or other providers' terms.
