Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the Automately.pro website and any activated customer services. By using the website or creating an account when registration is available, you agree to the Terms applicable at that time. The contracting operator is Syscryption, India. Its complete business address and dedicated grievance contact will be published once confirmed.

Separate terms from Instagram, Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and payment providers may apply when you use their services. Automately is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies merely because it enables authorized integrations.

You must have legal capacity to enter a contract and meet the minimum age and professional-account requirements applicable to the selected features. You agree to provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions you approve or instruct an AI assistant to perform. You may not share credentials or connected-account access in a manner that defeats access controls or contractual limits.

Automately is intended to help plan content, review drafts, manage schedules and eventually perform permitted social-media actions through approved interfaces. Availability depends on engineering rollout, platform permissions, customer configuration and third-party service uptime. An illustrative screen, demo or early-access description is not a representation that the function is active.

AI-generated suggestions and automations may contain errors. Review captions, media, replies, factual claims, intellectual-property rights and the intended recipients before publication. You remain responsible for your content and for permissions to post, message or process another person's information.

The advertised Free trial is a one-time 24-hour period with up to five successfully completed automation actions per eligible verified customer, whichever limit is reached first. It does not renew each month and does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Trials may be subject to reasonable anti-abuse measures, including preventing duplicate accounts from repeatedly claiming the same introductory offer. A paid subscription requires a distinct, affirmative purchase once checkout is launched.

When paid plans become available, the checkout will show the chosen region and currency, billing frequency, included usage, taxes, renewal terms and total amount before payment. Monthly plans may renew monthly and annual plans yearly only after appropriate authorization. The customer must be able to review and manage renewal and cancellation through the account or an equivalent support route.

Cancellation will stop future renewals and ordinarily leave existing access through the paid period, subject to any law that requires a different remedy. A plan change, trial expiry or exhaustion of included actions must not silently trigger an undisclosed additional charge. Our Subscription and Refund Policy supplies more details and preserves mandatory consumer rights.

Use the service only for accounts and content you own or are authorized to manage. You must not use it for unsolicited bulk messages, impersonation, harassment, deceptive engagement, account scraping, credential collection, unauthorized access, illegal advertising, infringement or attempts to evade social-platform safety controls.

You must comply with the applicable platform API conditions, rate limits and messaging windows. Automately may suspend risky or unlawful workflows and may limit or terminate access after a proportionate review, subject to applicable legal obligations. You retain the rights you hold in your lawful brand materials, captions, images and other content submitted to the service. You grant Automately the limited permission necessary to host, process, transform and transmit those materials for the features you choose. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for all uploaded or generated materials.

The Automately name, website design and platform software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Neither your subscription nor these Terms transfers ownership of the platform or third-party tools.

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, with additional disclosures required for features involving social-account data, third-party AI and payments. Connecting or disconnecting third-party accounts is governed by their permission interfaces as well as our own controls.

You must not upload another person's sensitive information or private messages without an appropriate legal basis and relevant authorization. Business customers may need a data-processing agreement before processing data on behalf of their own clients.

We may maintain, change or discontinue features for security, legal, technical or third-party platform reasons. Where a change materially affects a purchased service, we will give notice and apply any refund or other remedy required by law or by a specific paid contract.

We do not guarantee follower growth, engagement, sales, uninterrupted availability or acceptance of content by Instagram or any other service. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from a breach, and liability may be subject to reasonable contract limits stated at paid checkout. No limit applies where prohibited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

The applicable law will depend on the contracting operator, the service agreement and mandatory protections in the user's jurisdiction. Indian law is intended to govern the operator's standard business agreement to the extent permissible; mandatory rights of consumers in other countries remain unaffected.

Please contact our support team through the Contact page with the relevant account email and a description of the problem before escalating a service dispute. We will review and respond in good faith, without limiting any right to approach a competent consumer forum, supervisory authority or court.

We may amend these Terms with appropriate notice. A new material term will not retroactively remove rights that arose under an earlier purchase without a lawful basis.
